We have two videos from the 2016-17 Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra season to share with you this week.

The first is a performance of the third movement of Prokofiev's Sinfonia Concertante, featuring cellist Aihao Zheng, who was an undergraduate at the time, and one of the winners of BPYO's concerto competition.

The second is a performance of Sibelius's Finlandia, which opened the BPYO season that year. This was our first collaboration with Music:Eyes, and the graphics that were projected above the orchestra were created by a team of BPYO members and staff. If you have seen our more recent collaboration with Music:Eyes, you may notice that this first venture was a little more rudimentary!

We send our warmest wishes to you and your loved ones this weekend.
